About Dolakha  Dolakha district is one of the 77 districts in Nepal, located in the Janakpur Zone of the country's Eastern Development Region. The district covers an area of 2,191 square kilometers and has a population of approximately 200,000 people. The district headquarters is Charikot, which is also the largest town in the district. Other major towns in the district include Jiri, Lamidanda, and Kalinchok. Dolakha district is known for its natural beauty and rich cultural heritage.
